it's my mum's 52nd birthday & she suggested dinner together at The Soup Restaurant (三盅两件). we ordered the set menu with yu sheng for 5 pax. other than their signature Samsui ginger chicken, i find the rest of the food so-so only. Jayvier was pretty cooperative throughout except that he doesn't want to sit in his stroller while we eat. the husband & i have to take turns to let him sit on our laps. our silly boy made all of us laugh when he kept blowing bubbles through his mouth & choked himself with his own saliva.
