Finally SOLD

our house turned into a showflat when Ben the agent brought five groups of families over for viewing on Sunday. hubby & i were so happy when one couple came up with an offer price which we delightfully accepted. we were supposed to receive cheque from them yesterday but it turn out they can't commit yet as their bank loan is not approved due to credit issues. so last night, Ben arranged another viewing with a potential buyer. i stayed in my bedroom this time round as Jayvier was having his after bath nap. the couple is from Philippine & they brought along their 4-5 years old son. that kid is a little terror. he sat on our dining chair & messed around with the stuff on the table. when Ben brought them in to my master bedroom, the hyper kid jumped right into my dogs' bed. i was really pissed & glared at his parents who doesn't even bother to tell their son to behave. seriously, i have zero tolerance for kids with no manners. please lor, 不会教就不要生啦！

i couldn't wait for them to leave my house but who knows they offered a price higher than the previous agreed price. i was 100% reluctant to sell to them but the husband feels that there is no reason to turn down the good offer. a cheque was issued on the spot & if nothing goes wrong, we will have to hand over the keys on 13 April 2012. can't believe that our house is sold, just like that. we are going to be very busy with home-hunting, renovation, packing, moving & car-hunting for the first half of year 2012.
